Forgot Your Password?

It's ok ? we all forget these silly passwords. Try the following tips:

• Make sure the "Caps Lock" key on your keyboard is not turned on.
• Remember that passwords are case sensitive. "Tree44" is not the same as "tree44" or "treE44" or "TREE44" ? the uppercase and lowercase must match exactly.
• Make sure you haven't accidentally hit the spacebar at some point when typing your password.

If that doesn't work, enter the email address that you used to sign up at Graduates.com and we'll email you a new password. We can't send you your original password because even we don't know what it is! (We encrypt them for your security.)

Please make sure to check your junk mail or spam folder if you use gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. It's possible our automated email with your new password would go into one of those folders. Also make sure you can receive email from this email address: DO_NOT_REPLY@graduates.com

It may take the system up to an hour to send you your new password. Usually it only takes a few minutes but we get backed up sometimes.
